Description
The BCMGUNFIGHTER stock assembly - MOD 1 - SOPMOD (Widebody) compartment is engineered for compatibility with mil-spec receiver extensions, offering a robust and lightweight solution. It features an enhanced cheek weld design (SOPMOD type) and a snag-free construction, eliminating sharp edges to prevent entanglement with the shooter's sling, MOLLE gear or other equipment. The stock includes a modular VBOST (Vehicle Borne Operations Sling Tab), which integrates with the shooter's riggers' band or bungee to secure the sling against the stock when the carbine is not in use, a feature particularly beneficial during vehicle operations. It provides two ambidextrous sling mounting options, including QD swivel sockets and is designed with an extended length to accommodate longer mil-spec diameter AR-10/A5/Intermediate receiver extensions. Additionally, a storage compartment is located in the toe of the stock, accessible via the butt pad. The stock is equipped with a built-in rubber butt pad to ensure secure shoulder placement.
