Brownells AR-15/AR-10 Lower Receiver Vise Block Polymer Black

Brownells Lower Vise Block Features The Brownells Lower Vise Block secures an AR-15 or AR-308 lower receiver using the magazine catch groove a mounting method that keeps the receiver stable without contacting or marring its finish. An anti-wobble feature keeps the receiver locked steady in the vise jaws which matters when installing pins detents and springs that require firm consistent pressure. Made from non-marring polymer the block protects finished receivers from the scratches and dents that metal vise jaws can leave behind. This design lets builders work confidently through pin installation trigger group assembly and other lower build steps without damaging the part. Switching between AR-10 and AR-15 lower receivers is as simple as flipping the vise block over so builders working on multiple platforms do not need separate tools. At 2.93 inches long and 5.31 inches high the block is compact enough to store easily in a range bag or tool drawer between projects. Brownells designed this block specifically for gunsmiths armorers and home builders who need repeatable damage free support during AR platform work. This vise block pairs well with a Brownells bench vise for a complete purpose built AR lower work station.
