Brownells AR-15 Receiver Brush Bronze 223 Rem / 5.56

Brownells AR-15 Receiver Brush Features The Brownells AR-15 Receiver Brush is purpose shaped to fit the contours of the upper receiver targeting the bolt carrier way and locking lug recess where carbon fouling collects most stubbornly after firing. The bronze bristle construction is soft enough to avoid marring receiver surfaces yet firm enough to break loose baked on carbon and residue. A 5/16-27 male threaded end lets the brush thread directly onto any standard cleaning rod for controlled repeatable strokes through the receiver. This targeted approach saves time over a generic brush and helps keep the action running smoothly between range trips. At just 4 inches overall the brush is compact enough to store in a cleaning kit without taking up unnecessary space and its bronze material resists wear while remaining gentle on metal finishes. The brush is sized specifically for AR-15 pattern rifles making it a natural addition to any dedicated AR cleaning routine alongside bore brushes and patches. Regular use of a receiver brush like this one helps prevent carbon buildup from affecting reliable cycling over time. Whether maintaining a duty rifle or a range gun this Brownells brush is a simple affordable tool for shooters who take upper receiver maintenance seriously.
