Brownells BRN-22 Bolt Assembly .22 LR for Ruger 10/22

Brownells BRN-22 Bolt Assembly Features The Brownells BRN-22 Bolt Assembly is machined from billet 17-4 stainless steel and heat treated to a hardness of 42-44 RC giving it the strength and wear resistance needed for reliable cycling in a .22 Long Rifle action. It ships fully assembled with an extractor and hardened firing pin already installed so it drops directly into a BRN-22 receiver or a factory Ruger 10/22 without additional fitting. The black nitride finish adds corrosion resistance and a low glare low friction surface that helps the bolt cycle smoothly. This right hand configuration matches standard 10/22 pattern receivers for straightforward installation. Whether completing a new BRN-22 build or replacing a tired factory bolt this assembly gives shooters a reliable path to smoother function without sourcing individual small parts. Brownells notes compatible Ruger factory parts including the cocking handle guide rod and recoil spring assembly along with the bolt stop pin for a complete refresh of the action. Because it is a direct fit for the 10/22 platform installation typically requires no gunsmithing beyond basic disassembly. This makes the BRN-22 Bolt Assembly a practical option for both first time builders and experienced 10/22 owners.
