Brownells Stainless Steel Roll Pin Refill 1/8 x 1/2 in 24-Pack

Brownells Stainless Steel Roll Pin Refill Features The Brownells Stainless Steel Roll Pin Refill supplies pins measuring 1/8 inch in diameter and 1/2 inch in length sized to fit the wide range of firearms and shop applications that call for roll pins in this dimension. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion far better than mild steel keeping the pins reliable even in applications that see occasional moisture exposure. Once installed a roll pin s spring tension holds it firmly in place so it will not slip or vibrate out under recoil or vibration the way a straight pin might. That reliability makes roll pins a preferred fastener for gun parts that need to stay put through heavy use. Because roll pins require no threading or tapping to install they go in quickly with just a punch and hammer saving time compared to threaded fasteners. They can also be cut to a custom length when a job calls for something shorter than a stock 1/2 inch pin. This 24-count refill pack is sized to restock a bench supply without buying a full assortment kit making it a practical option for gunsmiths and hobbyists who go through roll pins regularly. A roll pin punch is recommended alongside these pins for positive safe removal during future repairs.
