Description
As the lightest field gun in the Citori line, the Browning Citori 725 Feather Superlight Over/Under Shotgun offers upland bird hunters and clay shooters the ability to quickly and instinctively place every shot on target. This elegant, sleek shotgun points like an extension of your index finger. To reduce weight, Browning uses an alloy receiver; a steel breech face and hinge take on the pressure produced by firing shotshells. The alloy receiver cuts weight down significantly over the all-steel counterparta weight savings you'll soon notice in the field. The silver-nitride-finished receiver features accented, high-relief engraving for premium aesthetics. Much of the 725's innovative design was focused on the low-profile receiver that positions the barrels lower in the receiver for natural point ability. The 725's low-profile receiver also improves recoil control by pushing the gun straight back into the shoulder instead of the muzzle jumping up, which makes getting an aimed, second shot off quicker. A Fire Lite mechanical trigger delivers a light, smooth pull with immediate second-shot capability. The Citori 725 Feather comes with a gloss, oil finished, grade II/III, checkered walnut stock, and a silver nitride finished receiver and trigger guard. Barrels have a high-polished, blued finish.
