Browning BAR MK4 Hunter Blued / Mossy Oak Bottomland .308 Win 22 Barrel 4-Rounds

Browning BAR MK4 Hunter Features The Browning BAR MK4 Hunter runs on a gas-piston operating system that cycles quickly while managing felt recoil letting hunters stay on target for a fast follow-up shot on game that does not go down with the first round. Its 22 matte blued steel barrel is fluted and non-reflective reducing glare that could otherwise spook wary game at close range. A 1:12 twist rate is matched to standard .308 Win hunting bullet weights for reliable repeatable accuracy in the field. The detachable box magazine holds 4 rounds and drops free for a quick reload while the aluminum alloy receiver keeps the overall rifle light for long treks into the backcountry. The composite stock features shim-adjustable length of pull and comb height letting a hunter tailor the fit of the rifle for a more consistent cheek weld and better control of recoil. A raised SoftFlex cheekpad cushions the shooter s face under recoil while keeping the eye properly aligned with the receiver and any mounted optic. The stock s Mossy Oak Bottomland camouflage finish helps the rifle blend into wooded hunting environments across multiple seasons. An Inflex 2 recoil pad further reduces felt recoil at the shoulder and the crossbolt safety gives a simple positive method of keeping the rifle secure until the shot is called for. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting so hunters can add the optic of their choice to this ready-to-hunt autoloader.
