Browning BAR MK4 Medallion Americana Turkish Walnut / Nickel .270 Win 22 Barrel 4-Rounds

Browning BAR MK4 Medallion Americana Features The Browning BAR MK4 Medallion Americana traces its lineage to John M. Browning s original autoloading rifle design cycling through gas piston operation and a robust seven-lug rotating bolt that locks securely into the barrel. The fluted polished blued sporter weight barrel balances a classic appearance with real weight savings while the action bar/inertia block connection reduces barrel vibration for improved accuracy. The integral buffering system reduces wear and stress on the rifle s operating system over years of use. The aluminum alloy receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope ready to mount optics without additional work. The matte nickel engraved receiver carries high-relief enhanced coverage engraving of a waving American flag alongside gold-enhanced 250 Years of Freedom lettering a detail that sets this Medallion edition apart from a standard hunting rifle. The Grade III Turkish walnut stock wears an oil finish with cut checkering giving the rifle a traditional look that complements the engraved receiver. The shim-adjustable stock lets hunters dial in cast on/off and drop at comb for a personalized fit and the Inflex 2 recoil pad reduces felt recoil of the .270 Win cartridge. Collectors and hunters seeking a commemorative rifle that performs as well as it looks will find the Medallion Americana built for both purposes.
