Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro 6.8 Western 24" Tungsten Bolt-Action Rifle

Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro Features The Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro is built around a lightweight stainless steel Pro receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounting paired with a spiral fluted barrel threaded 5/8x24 both finished in Tungsten Cerakote for a durable non-reflective surface. The spiral fluted bolt and aluminum bolt handle help shave weight from the action while maintaining smooth cycling. The included Recoil Hawg muzzle brake reduces felt recoil significantly with a thread protector provided for situations where the brake is removed. A rotary magazine feeds 3 rounds reliably and the three-position trigger delivers a crisp dependable break for precision shots. The carbon fiber stock carries Bronze and Gray accent graphics and features an adjustable comb for a repeatable cheek weld behind a mounted optic. An integrated Picatinny rail on the forend accepts a bipod directly an important feature for steady shots in mountain and open-country terrain. The action is bedded at the recoil lug and action screws keeping the barrel free-floated for consistent accuracy shot after shot. At roughly 6.3 pounds with a 24 inch barrel the X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro delivers the flat-shooting performance of 6.8 Western in a rifle built to be carried over long distances in rugged country.
