Description
The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed is a bolt-action rifle in 308 Winchester, built for hunters who cover ground and need a light, maneuverable carry rifle. Its fluted 22-inch barrel and smoked bronze Cerakote finish on the action and barrel are intended to keep the rifle light while protecting the metal.
The rifle has a stainless steel barrel and action, a 4-round capacity, and a 6.7-pound weight with an overall length of 42 inches. The action is bedded and the barrel is free floated. The DLX trigger is preset at 3.5 pounds and adjustable down to 3.0 pounds. The muzzle is threaded M13x0.75 and accepts the included radial muzzle brake and thread protector cap. The rifle is supplied without sights.
The rifle is sold without sights, so a scope or other optic is needed for use. The muzzle thread accepts an optional Browning Recoil Hawg Sporter muzzle brake for additional recoil reduction.
