Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Special 6.5 PRC 24" Bolt Action Rifle

Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Special Features The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Special in 6.5 PRC delivers one of the most well-rounded long-range hunting cartridges available in a precision stainless platform engineered to perform in the harshest conditions western hunters encounter. The 24 threaded stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 twist extracts the full performance potential of the 6.5 PRC s high-BC projectile lineup delivering a flat predictable trajectory and exceptional wind resistance that gives hunters the confidence to make ethical shots at distance. The matte stainless finish on both barrel and receiver resists the rain snow and humidity of western mountain environments keeping the platform accurate and reliable through an entire hunting season without special care or maintenance. The adjustable comb black synthetic stock transforms this into a genuinely dialed-in 6.5 PRC stainless hunting rifle with a tunable comb height that places the shooter s eye naturally behind the optic for consistent repeatable accuracy from any field position. The X-Lock four-screw scope mounting system ensures zero holds through the 6.5 PRC s recoil and the inevitable rigors of backcountry carry while the Inflex recoil pad keeps the mild 6.5 PRC recoil impulse virtually imperceptible through extended sessions. At just 6.10 lb. and 44 overall this configuration strikes the ideal balance between long-range reach and the lightweight portability that serious western hunters demand.
