BSF Barrels AR-15 223 Wylde 18" 1-8 Threaded Carbon Fiber Barrel

BSF Barrels AR Barrels Features The Bsf Barrels barrel is built from a 416R stainless steel match barrel chambered in 223 Wylde then jacketed in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve loaded under tension for added rigidity. This jacketing approach avoids the heat-trapping and delamination issues common to traditionally wrapped carbon fiber barrels keeping performance consistent under sustained fire. The carbon fiber material expands at the same rate as the stainless steel barrel it covers helping maintain straighter rifling as the barrel heats up through a shooting session. An 18 length button rifling and a 1:8 twist rate give the barrel the stability needed for accurate performance with both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. Machined venting slots in the carbon fiber jacket let air circulate around the barrel dissipating heat quickly while preserving the integrity of the carbon wrap. At roughly 30 oz this barrel is noticeably lighter than a comparable all-steel barrel of the same length and profile reducing fatigue during long range sessions or hunts. A 1/2x28 thread pattern accepts standard AR-15 muzzle devices for flash suppression recoil control or suppressor mounting. The combination of reduced weight and maintained stiffness makes this barrel well suited to precision shooters who still want to carry a nimble rifle. The Bsf Barrels .223 Wylde barrel is for sale at ARMSAGORA for AR-15 owners seeking a lightweight precision barrel upgrade.
