Buffalo Bore loads their ammunition up to maximum SAAMI specifications, which delivers devastating performance on a wide range of game. Please note that this ammunition is not intended for older guns. It is made for modern firearms only, as some of the ammunition could damage older and weaker firearms. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases. This ammunition is designed to be a mild recoiling load that still has a high degree of utility. It will still penetrate 5 to 6 feet through muscle and bone. It will not hit as hard because of its lower velocity and therefore will not do as much damage along its path, but with that big flat nose, it will still make a 50 caliber hole along that terminal path. This bullet is hard cast, properly lubed and gas checked and will not cause lead fouling in any normally functional barrel.
