Description
The Burris Xtreme Tactical 30mm scope rings are two-piece aluminum mounts for attaching a scope to a Picatinny rail or Weaver-style base. The matte black rings use six screws, three per side, to hold the scope in place and support repeatable return to zero. The rings are intended for tactical shooting and for varmint and big game rifles subject to heavy recoil.
This 2-pack is sold as a pair of rings and fits 30mm scope tubes. Ring tops are torqued to 20 in-lbs, and the ring cross bolts to 65 to 100 in-lbs. The rings are offered in four heights, and the 1 inch height is suited to scopes on AR-15 and M16 flattop receivers, where it provides proper cheek weld.
