The Burris Xtreme Tactical Low 1" is a matte black scope ring designed to mount an optic on a Picatinny or Weaver rail. The rings are built from aluminum and intended for tactical shooting, with enough strength to withstand heavy recoil. The 1" height is listed for scopes on AR-15/M16 flattop receivers and is said to provide proper cheek weld.
The rings use a six-screw design, with three screws per side, and are torqued to 20 in/lbs for the ring tops and 65 to 100 in/lbs for the ring cross bolt. The product is also described as suitable for varmint and big game rifles subject to magnum recoil. It is sold as a single ring or as a pair.
