Butler Creek Flip-Open Objective Lens Cover #25 45.7mm Black Polymer

This Butler Creek flip-open objective lens cover protects the front glass of a riflescope from dust, moisture and contact damage. It opens with a thumb touch, and its black polymer body is designed to stay out of the way when the scope is in use.

The cover is sized for a scope objective lens with an outside diameter of 45.70 mm (1.800 in), corresponding to a 46 mm objective. It uses a slip-on mount with a friction fit and a semi O-ring that secures the cover in place and seals out debris and moisture. Two finger tabs, one on each side, allow the cover to be opened by either right- or left-handed shooters.

Before purchase, confirm the fit against the scope's owner's manual or by measuring the objective's outside diameter with calipers. The manufacturer recommends selecting a cover between 0.01 in and 0.025 in (0.25 mm to 0.64 mm) larger than the measured diameter.
