The C&H Precision PPQ Q4/Q5 Optic Adapter Plate V4 is a pistol optic adapter that lets a red dot sight from the RMR, SRO or Holosun families be mounted on a Walther PPQ Q4 or Q5 pistol while keeping the integrated rear sight in use. It is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in black anodize.
The plate is designed for red dot optics that mount to the adapter, and its mounting hardware is stainless steel. The raw listing states that the plate uses a patented stainless steel T-Nut with six to seven threads of engagement and replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts. V4 MIL/LEO plates are listed at .095 to .099 inch thickness.
The adapter is intended for the Walther PPQ Q4 and Q5 only. Mounting hardware is included with the plate.
