Torino ~ M1870 Vetterli ~ 6.5 Carcano (Vetterli loads)

Torino M1870 Vetterli chambered in 6.5 Carcano (Vetterli loads). These rifles were originally a 10.4mm black powder but were converted to take the 6.5 carcano which is higher pressure. Between originally being for black powder, age, and using rear locking lugs; these rifles require downloads offered by a few companies. These rifles were service in the first Italian-Ethiopian war prior to the Great War. Many of these rifles were left in Ethiopia and left in poor conditions and or modified. This one still has front and rear sight. In fair condition with age and wear.
