Weatherby Mark V 300 Win Mag Bolt-Action Rifle

This Weatherby Mark V chambered in .300 Win Mag is a bolt-action rifle often utilized for long-range hunting of large game, such as elk or moose. The Mark V utilizes a 9-lug magnum receiver. This design is intended to provide a high level of strength by surrounding the cartridge head with steel within the bolt face and receiver. It features a 54-degree bolt throw. This shorter rotation, compared to the standard 90-degree throw found on many other bolt-action rifles, allows for faster cycling of the action and provides more clearance between the bolt handle and the optics. This would be a great add to your collection and make for a fun day at the range.
