This piece dates to 1981 and commemorates the career of iconic Western actor, Marion Robert Morrison, better known as John Wayne. The French greyed receiver is decorated with scenes of a stagecoach robbery at left and a cattle drive at right with both framed by titles of John Wayne films and rope bordering.
