For greater stability on rough terrain or in poor conditions the tripod has interchangeable rubber and spike feet as well as an underbelly counterweight hook. The tripod also ships with a 55mm ball head made from aircraft grade aluminum with a hard anodized finish. The ball head is adjustable by 360Adeg and attaches to the tripod with a universal 3/8"-16 mounting screw. It can support rifles up to 55 lbs and can rapidly mount/dismount the rifle thanks to its quick release plate.
