Cadex CDX-MC Kraken 308 Win 27" Bolt Action Rifle

Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken Features The Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken uses a patented barrel change system that allows the barrel to be unscrewed and retorqued from the breech side using a specialized tool. This traditional barrel-to-action threading approach combined with Cadex s engineering delivers the lowest shift in point of impact between takedown and reassembly of any multi-caliber system on the market. A single screw secures the detachable chassis base allowing fast conversion between short and long action calibers without a full rebuild. Maintaining that point of impact consistency is critical when shooting at extreme distances where even small zero shifts become significant misses. Finished with a black DLC coated 27 inch match grade threaded barrel and a Hybrid Tan Cerakote receiver the Kraken pairs a 1 in 10 inch twist rate with an MX1 muzzle brake to tame recoil on repeated strings of fire. The adjustable folding buttstock finished in matching Hybrid Tan lets a shooter dial in length of pull and comb height while the black polymer grip provides a secure neutral hand position. An M-LOK handguard and full length Picatinny rail give the rifle mounting space for optics bipods and accessories. Feeding from a 10 round magazine and weighing 15.60 pounds this rifle is a dedicated precision platform for shooters pushing .308 Win to its maximum effective range.
