Cadex CDX-MC Kraken Hybrid Tan 6.5 Creedmoor 24" Match Grade Threaded Barrel 10-Round Bolt Action Rifle

Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken Features The Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken is engineered around an innovative patented barrel change system that uses a traditional barrel-to-action threading approach along with a special tool that unscrews and torques the barrel from the breech side. This design delivers the lowest shift of point of impact between takedown and reassembly of any multi-caliber system available which matters enormously at extreme ranges where even a small shift can mean a missed hit. A single screw secures the chassis detachable base allowing fast conversion between short and long action calibers without a full rebuild of the rifle. The 24 inch match grade barrel is finished in black DLC and cut with a 1-8 inch twist rate matched to heavier 6.5 Creedmoor bullets for long-range stability. The rifle s Hybrid Tan Cerakote receiver and matching Hybrid Tan adjustable folding buttstock are built around a bolt action with a manual safety and an adjustable two-stage trigger for a clean predictable break. An M-LOK handguard and full-length Picatinny rail give shooters ample room to mount optics bipods and other accessories needed for precision work. The MX1 muzzle brake tames recoil for faster follow-up shots during extended strings of fire while the black polymer grip provides a consistent hold. Feeding from a 10 round AICS magazine the Kraken is built for long-range competitors and precision shooters who need both accuracy and the flexibility to change calibers in the field.
