CA Legal AR-15 Fixed Stock Modification AR-15 Fixed Stock Modification This Item can NOT be added to any AR-15, the firearm MUST be listed in the CA legal section and noted in the item listing that it is available for CA purchase. California customers we will be glad to fix the collapsing stock into a Fixed position. This will help meet the legal requirements for shipment to California. The modification is not permanent and if you were to move out of the state of CA you could return the rifle to its original condition. You will need to purchase this option and add the AR15 grip wrap for your rifle so it can be legally shipped to your dealer. Please make sure you have clearly spoken with your FFL transfer dealer about this modification of the stock before ordering, to make sure they are willing to facilitate this transfer. Any returns because of FFL issues will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This listing is for fixed stock modification on M4 style collapsing stocks.
