Description
The Charles Daly CA612 Tactical is an interesting shotgun in that it mimics the aesthetic and appearance of the famous military and police shotgun, the Benelli M4. However, the CA612 actually uses an inertia blowback operation design, more akin to Benelli's field guns, such as the M2, M3, Vinci series, and Super Black Eagle series. This same operation system is utilized also in Stoeger's and Franchi's semi-automatics. The Turkish-made CA612 Tactical uses synthetic furniture on top of the aluminum lightweight receivers. The fixed stock has a rubber buttpad attached from the factory and a rubberized pistol grip. The barrel measures 22" long and is able to chamber 3" 12 gauge shells and is threaded to accept Beretta/Benelli Mobil choke tubes. This Tactical model has a breacher-style muzzle brake choke installed already. The shotgun is equipped with a set of adjustable ghost ring sights with red fiber optic front sight and also a picatinny rail for attaching optics. The magazine tube can hold up to 4 rounds. This shotgun is in very good condition with very little visible wear on or inside the gun. The charging handle, though, does have scratches on it, probably from removing for field stripping. This shotgun does not include a box or case.
