Chiappa Firearms Rhino 80DS L Frame .44 Mag 8 Barrel 6-Rounds

Chiappa Firearms Rhino 80DS L Frame Features The Chiappa Rhino 80DS L Frame fires from the bottom chamber of its cylinder rather than the top a design that lowers the bore axis and helps reduce muzzle flip during recoil. This engineering approach benefits shooters managing the recoil of the .44 Mag cartridge allowing for faster recovery between shots and more consistent follow up hits. An 8 inch barrel provides extended sight radius for improved accuracy at distance while a 7075-T6 alloy frame keeps overall weight manageable at 3.15 pounds for a six shot .44 Mag revolver. The black finish on the alloy frame resists wear from regular handling and range use keeping the revolver looking clean through extended service. The double and single action trigger system gives shooters flexibility between a long smooth double action pull for rapid defensive use and a lighter single action break for deliberate precise shots. Hogue overmolded rubber grips with twin finger stops provide a secure comfortable grip that helps control the revolver under the recoil of full power .44 Mag loads. That grip texture and the finger stop design keep the hand positioned consistently from shot to shot which matters as much on a hunting trail as it does at the range. A fiber optic front sight paired with an adjustable fiber optic rear sight allows for precise aiming and the ability to fine-tune point of impact for different loads or distances. The internal hammer block safety adds a layer of protection against accidental discharge letting the revolver be carried with confidence in the field or at home. For revolver shooters seeking an innovative lower-recoiling platform chambered in .44 Mag the Chiappa Rhino 80DS L Frame offers a genuinely different shooting experience built on proven Rhino engineering.
