The result is an incredibly soft shooting 9mm PCC compatible with a wide range of ammo loadings that also eliminates the need for a traditional AR15 buffer tube assembly. The 9mm DISSENT upper is compatible with mil-spec style AR15 lowers when used with our AR Conversion Mags as well as our MkGs and Mk17 lower receivers. A forward non-reciprocating side charger allows you to quickly manipulate the bolt while aiming downrange. Radial Delayed Blowback DISSENTS feature a reversible side charger allowing you to quickly swap the existing charging handle from left to right or vice versa. All DISSENT Upper groups include a 1913 Picatinny rail end plate to use in place of the lower receiver buffer tube.
