Description
This is a 16.1-inch medium taper barrel sub-assembly chambered in 300 Blackout for the AR-15 platform. It is intended for builders and owners who want a replacement or upgrade barrel for a 300 Blackout AR-15 carbine.
The barrel is machined from 4140 CrMo steel and finished with Salt Bath Nitride (SBN) on the inside and outside surfaces. It has a 0.750-inch gas block journal, a carbine-length gas system fit, and a 5/8-24 threaded muzzle. A barrel extension is installed and the assembly is headspaced. The sub-assembly is black and ships without sights.
The barrel is designed for carbine-length gas systems on AR-15 receivers.
