Cobalt Kinetics CK-Pro Urg 9.8 Stripped Upper Flat Dark Earth

Cobalt Kinetics CK-Pro Urg Stripped Upper Features The Cobalt Kinetics CK-Pro Urg is machined from aluminum and finished in a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote coating that resists wear and corrosion while giving the upper a distinct non-standard appearance compared to a typical mil-spec black upper. At 9.8 inches in length the receiver is sized to standard AR dimensions so it drops onto a compatible lower without requiring any special fitting. Cobalt Kinetics built this upper specifically for end users looking to upgrade an existing rifle rather than buy a complete platform letting shooters bring factory level performance to a gun they already own. The stripped configuration leaves builders free to select their own barrel bolt carrier group and handguard to finish the build exactly as they want it. Every CK-Pro upper passes through the hands of Cobalt Kinetics gunsmith staff during assembly and each one is test fired for function before it leaves the factory floor. That level of quality control is unusual for a stripped upper and reflects the same standards the company applies to its complete rifles. The Flat Dark Earth finish also holds up well in the field resisting the scuffs and fading that a painted or anodized black finish can show over time. For builders looking to step up from a basic stripped upper to one backed by factory testing the CK-Pro Urg offers a meaningful upgrade in both finish and assembly quality.
