Cold Steel War Hammer 5150 Carbon Steel Head Hickory Wood Handle

Cold Steel's modern interpretation of the War Hammer is highly maneuverable and can be easily wielded with one or both hands. The head is drop forged out of 1055 Carbon steel and differentially heat treated. The point of the spike and hammer face are fully hardened so they can pierce and crush tough materials, while the rest of the hammer is forged to be softer - to absorb the shock of heavy blows. The handle of the War Hammer is 30" of straight grain American Hickory, and topped with a pair of sturdy steel langettes.
