We are pleased to offer this uncommon piece - a Colt Lightning Medium Frame rifle chambered in .32 CLMR. This is a great historical rifle that was a significant design in the late 1800s. It was compact, light, maneuverable and rapid with follow-up shots due to its slide or pump-action design - a stark departure from lever action guns that were popular at the time. This particular piece was manufactured c. 1885 and remains mechanically functional to this day. Overall condition is graded a Good and wear is somewhat consistent with what you would expect from a rifle that is 140 years old.
