Colt 1911 Officer 45 ACP 7-Round Stainless Magazine w/ Bumper

Colt Firearms Magazine for 1911 Officer Features The Colt magazine for the 1911 Officer is machined from stainless steel giving it long-term durability and resistance to the corrosion that can affect carbon steel magazines over years of carry and storage. Its 7-round capacity is purpose-built to match the Officer s compact grip frame ensuring proper feeding geometry and reliable lockback with each magazine. A bumper base pad extends the magazine slightly beyond the grip giving shooters a firmer purchase point for faster more positive magazine changes under stress. This factory-correct design preserves the exact dimensions and tolerances the Officer platform was engineered around. Because it is produced by Colt specifically for the 1911 Officer this magazine avoids the fitment issues that can arise with generic aftermarket options built for other 1911 variants. The stainless finish also resists the fingerprint staining and surface wear common on blued magazines carried daily in a holster or pocket. Whether used as a factory replacement or as a spare for range training and concealed carry this magazine restores or maintains full reliability in the Officer s shortened action. Owners looking to keep their Officer running at peak performance will find this a straightforward dependable choice.
