Ready for precision slicing of vegetables, processing fish, or carving cuts of meat. Condor Tool & Knife traces its lineage back to Solingen, Germany and the Gebr Weyersberg Company. In 1964 a new manufacturing facility was founded by Weyersberg in Santa Ana, El Salvador. Machinery was imported from Germany, and local employees were sent to Solingen for extensive training.
