CVA Powerbelt ELR .45 Caliber / .450 330 Grain 15-Count Bullet And Sabot

CVA Powerbelt ELR Features The CVA Powerbelt ELR bullet incorporates a large hollow point cavity that removes weight from the core allowing that saved weight to lengthen the bullet and improve its ballistic coefficient. This hollow core is filled by the tail of a polycarbonate ballistic tip which offsets the bullet s tendency to expand too rapidly on impact. The base of the bullet is specifically designed for the higher powder volumes produced by the Paramount muzzleloader creating a tighter gas seal for more consistent velocities. A fluted large-diameter gas check further enhances accuracy by ensuring a tight repeatable fit in the bore. Optimal performance from the ELR is achieved using magnum or super-magnum propellant charges which allow the bullet s aerodynamic profile to be fully realized downrange. The aerodynamic-enhanced ultra-smooth finish leaves minimal plastic residue behind and the bullet can be fired up to eight times before a barrel swab is recommended. This reduces maintenance interruptions during a hunt or range session compared to bullets that foul more quickly. Packaged 15 to a box the CVA Powerbelt ELR 330 grain bullet gives serious muzzleloader hunters a long-range option built for the Paramount platform and other .45 caliber muzzleloaders.
