CVA Cascade XT 35 Whelen 22" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

CVA Cascade XT Features The CVA Cascade XT is built around a heavier number 5 taper fluted barrel that adds stability and improves balance allowing rapid follow up shots without accuracy loss from excessive barrel heating. CVA s radial muzzle brake threaded onto the 5/8x24 muzzle greatly reduces felt recoil and makes the 35 Whelen chambering comfortable to shoot on the range or in the field. The Graphite Black Cerakote finish on the barreled action resists corrosion and wear far better than traditional bluing keeping the rifle protected through seasons of hard use. A 1:14 twist rate stabilizes heavy 35 Whelen bullets for reliable terminal performance on big game. The tactical style bolt knob gives the shooter better leverage for faster bolt manipulation especially useful when shooting from the prone position on a follow up shot. An integrated Picatinny rail on the steel receiver gives shooters a true repeatable mounting surface for optics without needing separate scope bases. The fixed OD Green stock with black webbing offers a secure textured grip in wet or cold conditions while standing out from a typical black synthetic stock. At 7.3 pounds with a 3+1 capacity the CVA Cascade XT delivers the stopping power of 35 Whelen in a rifle built for serious big game hunters.
