The CuddeLink Starter Kit is an easy and inexpensive way to get started with cellular trail cameras, and includes one G-5109 CuddeLink PowerHouse IR Cell camera and two J-1521 Long Range IR Cameras. All three cameras operate on one cell plan, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing individual plans for individual cameras. Wildlife images taken by either of the J-1521 Long Range IR Cameras is then sent to the G-5109, which then transmits the images via AT& T LTE service in the form of email or text message to your smartphone, tablet, or computer. This setup can be increased to up to 16 cameras (on Generation 1 firmware) or 24 cameras (on Generation 2 firmware). The cameras themselves are equipped with Cuddeback’s industry leading 1/4-second trigger speed which allows them to capture images of animals running or walking – not just standing still. This lightning fast trigger speed is perfectly complimented by a fast 1 to 2 second recovery speed which allows them to photograph a second animal following the first. The 1/4-second trigger speed, followed by the quick recovery allows these cameras to capture two images in the same time it would take a lesser camera to take just one. The cameras also come equipped with 24 high-power 850nm infrared LEDs, which produce an impressive flash range of 100 feet.
