The MTAC - MTC (Muzzle Type All-purpose) line of bullets feature a lead core and the copper jacket is virtually lead free. For competitive shooting MTC (Mark Twain & Company) bullets are designed to be gas positive eliminating gas blow-by and virtually eliminating fliers. The MTAC MTC line of bullets were engineered exclusively for target use at all ranges. These are single feed bullets and as such do not have a patented Seal Tite band but they do have a higher BC than a traditional lead-core bullet. For that added bonus this line of bullets also decreases copper fouling which is typically associated with mono metal bullets.
