Their barrels are machined to an extremely tight tolerance from 416R stainless steel bar stock providing greater strength, precision, and durability. A state-of-the-art manufacturing process coupled with its tedious quality control checks ensure mission critical accuracy throughout the life of the barrel, far exceeding the performance of the Glock factory barrel. Danger Close Armament design features eight spiral flutes cut to a depth of .025", providing the "custom look" clients demand while maintaining the strength and performance they expect. The muzzle features a recessed crown, ensuring the rifling will not be damaged and accuracy will be maintained should the muzzle experience an impact.
