The light weight, streamlined Daniel Defense Detachable AR-15 Fixed Sight Set is an excellent combination that meets a shooter's needs for either a primary or a backup sighting arrangement. Both one-piece sights are solidly constructed from 6061-T6 Aluminum and finished in a Mil-Spec Type III Hard Coat Anodizing for durability, and each easily secures to any Picatinny-Spec Rail via a slotted screw threaded into a self-locking steel insert. The A1.5 Rear Sight is a hybrid design that incorporates the A2 Flip-Type Sighting Aperture (large and small aperture sizes) with an A1-Type Windage Wheel that requires a bullet tip or similar tool for adjustment.
