Description
The Daniel Defense M4A1 FSP is a complete AR-15 upper receiver group in Flat Dark Earth, built in the style of the USSOCOM SOPMOD Block II configuration. It is intended for shooters who want an AR-15 upper with a rail system, a fixed-carry sight setup, and a flash hider with suppressor-adapter capability.
The upper receiver is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard coat anodized finish and mil-spec indexing marks with M4 feed ramps. The 14.5-inch M4-profile barrel is chrome moly vanadium steel, cold hammer forged, chrome lined, with a 1:7 twist rate and an overall length of 16 inches. A mil-spec F-marked front sight base and an A1.5 fixed rear sight are included, along with an M4A1 FSP RIS II quad rail.
The upper fits mil-spec AR-15 lowers and includes a SureFire SF3P flash hider/suppressor adapter with a black Ionbond DLC coating and a rail-mounted QD swivel attachment point.
