Description
The Daniel Defense 1 O'Clock Offset Rail is a Picatinny rail accessory for AR-15 type rifles, designed to mount a miniature red dot optic at the 1 o'clock position for quick, non-magnified transitions when a magnified primary optic is in use. The rail is positioned so that the sight picture changes with minimal cheek-weld shift during transitions. It can also be used to mount lights or other accessories that fit a MIL-STD-1913 rail, and flipped upside down to position a light for use with a vertical foregrip.
The rail is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish and fits MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail interfaces. The updated design uses a one-piece Rock and Lock mounting system for a more robust mounting surface and simpler installation.
