Dexter SOFGRIP with Edge Guard White 9 Flexible Fillet Knife

Dexter SOFGRIP with Edge Guard Features The Dexter Outdoors SOFGRIP 9 Flexible Fillet Knife is ground with a narrow flexible blade designed to glide smoothly over bones making quick work of flat fish such as fluke and flounder. The 9 blade is made from proprietary DEXSTEEL a high carbon high alloy stain-free steel that arrives razor sharp out of the package and holds its edge through repeated use. A polished finish and 0.09 blade thickness keep the knife light and responsive in hand while filleting. With an overall length of 15 there is ample reach for long clean cuts. The SOFGRIP handle made from polypropylene and Santoprene stays soft to the grip and resists slipping even when hands are wet giving anglers confident control at the cutting board or dock. At just 0.44 ounces the knife feels light without sacrificing durability. An Edge Guard blade protector is included to shield the sharpened edge during storage and transport. NSF certified and manufactured in the USA this fillet knife suits anglers who want a dependable American-made tool for cleaning their catch.
