Diamondback DB15 Carbon Series Features The Diamondback DB15 Carbon Series runs on a carbine-length medium profile 4150 chrome moly barrel paired with a mid-length gas system for smoother cycling and softer recoil impulse than a standard carbine length gun. A shot peened mil-spec 8620 bolt carrier group adds strength for long term reliability under repeated cycling. The 1:8 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights giving shooters flexibility in ammunition choice. The 16 barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote fitted with an A2 flash hider to control muzzle flash during low light shooting. The 7075-T6 aluminum receivers wear a black hardcoat anodized finish for corrosion resistance topped with a Picatinny rail for mounting optics. Magpul furniture rounds out the build including a Flat Dark Earth Magpul grip and a Magpul Carbine stock giving shooters a proven adjustable ergonomic platform.
