The first method involves Hot Forging, where the raw material is shaped and strengthened using custom molds. Afterward, the barrels undergo deep hole drilling, groove-set drawing and CNC machining to achieve a high-precision finish. Alternatively, Cold Forging begins with deep hole drilling and CNC shaping, followed by Cold Forging to elongate and fortify the material, with further CNC machining and finishing. This dual approach caters to diverse performance needs, ensuring each barrel meets our exacting standards for strength and accuracy. Our Pistols' Slides are also crafted through the hot forging method, utilizing molds designed to maximize material strength. The forged Slides are then precision-machined with CNC equipment to meet rigorous quality standards. Like the Frames and Barrels, the production and post-production of the Slides are closely monitored with precision gauges to ensure consistent excellence across all components.
