DoubleTap Competition 9mm +P is a full metal jacket round nose cartridge loaded with a 147 grain bullet, designed for competition shooting, including action shooting sports and International Practical Shooting Confederation matches. The +P loading is intended to increase bullet energy by about 10 percent over standard 9mm Luger ammunition.
The cartridge uses new production, non-corrosive boxer primers and reloadable brass cases. Rated muzzle velocity is 1135 feet per second. The load is chambered for 9mm Luger.
