DoubleTap Hunter 454 Casull 400gr Hard Cast Solid 20 Rounds

The DoubleTap Hunter 454 Casull 400 grain hard cast solid load is a factory cartridge intended for big game hunting and for defense in the woods against large animals. It is offered in 20-round boxes.

The load uses a 400 grain hard cast solid (HCSLD) bullet with a brass case. Rated muzzle velocity is 1400 feet per second, and the listed muzzle energy is 1741 foot-pounds. Those figures suggest the round is built for heavy, close-range big game work.

Each box holds 20 rounds, and each case contains 25 boxes. The cartridge is chambered in 454 Casull, so it is only suitable for firearms chambered in that caliber.
