1680D nylon weave exterior and loop lining with an internal polymer stiffener sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam that adds the strength and rigidity needed to support your gear. Stiff enough to support duty accessories such as gun holster, mag holder, handcuff case, radio/OC pouches, baton carrier, flashlight/gloves carry bag, dropleg rig, range shooting kit etc.
