EGW has encountered some rifles with longer ejection ports that are still classified as short action. EGW's one-piece scope mounts are the preferred choice for both hunters and tactical shooters. This mount is a Picatinny-style base, compatible with both picatinny and weaver scope rings. EGW manufactures these mounts in-house using advanced machining centers. Post-machining, the mounts undergo tumbling, sandblasting and type-III anodizing to ensure long-lasting durability. Recommendations: Use 0 MOA for shooting distances of 0 yd - 500 yd and 20 MOA for 500 yd - 1000 yd. When zeroing a rifle with a 20 MOA mount, EGW advises 0 at 200 yd. For installation, EGW recommends applying 20 in-lb of torque and a drop of blue Loctite (sold separately).
