They are pre-drilled to align with the factory scope mount holes on the firearm's receiver and are compatible with both picatinny and weaver scope rings. The Heavy Duty (HD) mounts are designed to be 0.1 inches lower than the lightweight mounts, reducing weight and positioning the optic closer to the barrel centerline, thereby enhancing accuracy. The full-width cross-slots are manufactured to MIL-STD 1913 specifications with a tolerance of +/-0.002 inches. Constructed from ultra-rigid 4140 carbon steel, these bases are pre-hardened to RC 35-35 prior to machining. The package includes socket head Torx screws and a wrench.
