EGW firing pin stops are built wider than typical models (GI is .466 inches wide) to prevent the extractor from turning, ensuring better and more reliable ejection. The thicker design eliminates lateral movement, while the radiused inside corners prevent cracking, increasing the lifespan of the part. The back corner features a .015 radius that smooths the edge but keeps a square shape to help slow slide opening.
